Hello 2018, this year I am setting a goal of building a more consistent presence online. I recognize that it is a big and vague goal but one that I must take action towards achieving if I am to be successful at growing my business. I have been working on the “how to” of this goal for a few weeks now and, as I expected, it seems to be a never ending process. There are many ideas, processes, suggestions and data to sort through and so much research to be done, I could be working on a plan for the rest of the year, and odds are I will be. The entire idea and process has been overwhelming for me and that’s a kick in the pants, after all I teach about personal change processes and how to make change manageable. At week 3 of 2018 it’s time to go beyond just planning and start taking action. I am still developing the “big” plan (and will continue to work on it) but there are things I can do now to get me moving forward. I am starting with what I am fairly comfortable with, writing, and making sure to consistently share valuable information you can use. Every week I will be sharing practical thoughts and ideas on a variety of topics such as everyday change, change management, nutrition, fitness, and weight loss. The information will be shared across platforms such as this blog, Tumblr and Facebook. Twitter and Instagram will follow (the action plan for that is still in work). I hope that you will find the information I share useful in your own life, take the time to check in on a regular basis and share it with others who might enjoy the read.
