“The best diet is the one your don’t know you are on.” – Brian Wansink

Manageable Pieces, LLC was born out of the idea that life is change and everyday brings a new opportunity to make a new choice. Life is not all or nothing, go big or go home.  Simple, small steps taken with intention everyday make life great.

Manageable Pieces is more than a business, it’s an idea, a motto that my family and I live by everyday.  I think everyone deserves a chance to find their own path to health, wellness and living their best life.  We are not meant to follow rigid rules, ideas and fads thought up by someone else.

Life is meant to be enjoyed and food is no exception.

I love good food.  I love to bake and cook and enjoy sharing my creations with friends and family.  As a busy professional, and mom to very active kids, I know how hard it can be to eat healthy.  I also know that its possible to eat deliciously, and healthy, even when time is short.  More than anything I know how important good, tasty food is not only to our physical health but also our emotional well being.

We all have a complex relationship with food and it affects us in many unique ways.  Since we are so intimately connected to food we owe it to ourselves to make that relationship work for us not against us.  Honoring my belief that we each have unique needs,  you will not find any scripted meal plans and “bad food lists” here.  The courses and services I provide aim to help everyone find a personal lasting solution that fits their life.  Ultimately I hope that everyone can enjoy their relationship with food. I know that, with the right tools, a healthy and enjoyable relationship  is possible.
