A nutritionist and engineer, I bring a unique perspective to the world of food and nutrition. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to enjoy good food and that no food is off limits. I hold a BSc and MS in Nutrition, MS in Engineering and an MBA. For the past 20 years my focus as been making healthy nutrition accessible and delicious. My on-demand courses provide tools to help everyone eat healthy without sacrificing anything. Competitive swimming is a big part of my family life and so is focus on sports nutrition for athletes of all ages. My interest in sports nutrition led me to research how nutrition impacts athletic performance of adolescent athletes. I live in a rural town in Connecticut with my husband and three children. I spend my “free” time driving to and from pools, watching swim meets and feeding my competitive swimmers. Sometimes I have time to enjoy my garden and hike the local trails.
