Lose Weight and Get Fit

Proven weight loss program designed to jump start you on the way to sustainable weight loss and improved wellness.  Previous participants have lost 13% of body weight and more while learning about healthy nutrition, incorporating small changes for big impact, dealing with bumps in the road and finding the plan that works for you.  This is not a one size fits all program.  Content and incentives are designed based on group needs so each program is unique.  The 14 week program includes 8 weeks of interactive group meetings followed by 6 week self-sustaining activity with online support and capped off with an awards celebration.
